iLinc Version 12.0.7 Scheduled to Begin Rollout on Saturday, 1st June, 2013
On Saturday, June 1, 2013, during iLinc’s maintenance window, version 12.0.7 will be released. Customers will be upgraded over a period of several weeks, during the scheduled maintenance windows.
Users will automatically download an updated client as they join their first session after being upgraded.
Included in this release:
- Using H.264 codec for video feeds of leader and participants
- Fix an intermittent client crash
- Sunset of support for Mac OS X 10.5.8 (for download client only)
- Web client (no-download) solution for Participants of a session on Windows, Mac OS, iPad, and Android tablets (Requires activation by System Administrator)
The browser-based solution will be made available for use by contacting the iLinc Support team. Note: iLinc’s system maintenance window is on the Saturday of each week between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. PT. Service may be unavailable during these hours when maintenance is scheduled.
